Does anyone find it interesting that Tony Hayward (BP CEO) sold $2 Million shares 4 weeks before this disaster?

This is not getting weird...CEO's and major investors buy and sell stock quite often...look up his purchases and sales for the past two years. They sell shares in their own company to meet other obligations, these are just normal financial transactions.
