Which Dress should i get?

I personally think that the MAcy's dresses aren't too cute, my favorite one is the Forever 21 dress, but it depends what bra you wear with it, just so it doesn't look to skanky, and you probably shouldn't wear heels more than like 3.5 inches, because you don't want to look gross or anything, but really cute. I don't know what you look like, but the dress would probably look really cute if you curled your hair and left it down or curled it in a side ponytail (low, of course)
