Which of these birds should i consider getting?

I want a bird that is playfull, able to be tamed, doesnt need a cage bigger than 20" x 20" x 28.5", doesnt screem alot, and can handle being alone while im at school. So far i was thinking about a lovebird, quaker parrot, pionus parrot, senegal (would need a bigger cage right?), or something like that... Any birds your think should look into?
