My friend did not have with her husbdn from last 3 years.?

her husband is unable to perform , doctors says he is just under stress of job, he is young but very obese. she is just 33 years old n very atrective n beutifull, she is becoing depressed , she says i cnt sleep. he alwasy wants mouthfull fun n she hates it, becz she consider it is not a proper way he shall satisfy her needs, she cnt go away due to kids, she do not belive on illegal , and she has no boy friend either becz she is very religious,but how she cn full fill her needs, her husbnd dont conside rit as well he thinks he is doign mouth full activites those r enoug,she is really suffering , what she cn do?
