Trying to firgure out why Im always so tired, even though I have a healthy diet?

Okay your diet is fine, but how about your sleep? Do you get enough sleep? Do you do a lot, like work and have a lot of errands to do? You exercise every day, but do you ever break other than just sundays? Perhaps you are mentally tired and just really need a break from everything. Consider yoga before bed, or when you wake up, or also sleep in some.
