I would really like some advice on how to or if its possible to look good if you have really small ?

Like size 34 A?? I'm planning on plastic surgery but until I get the money (which could be a while...) what can I do? I know how to wear makeup, get my hair done, and wear cute clothes but I still look smaller than most 6th graders!! (I'm also 5'2, 95 lbs.) Is there anything I can do or am I just doomed to ugliness? Does being smaller than most average people make me ugly (if I'm doing everything else right like makeup and clothes)? Are there any styles that look better on smaller people? I hate baggy clothes and usually wear tighter fitting tops but I feel like nothing could make me look good. I know that beauty comes from within and self-confidence goes a long way too, and believe me I am working on those, but right now I just feel so unattractive because of my size. Any advice, please??
