Thinking of getting a new laptop as Mines awful..?

i currently have quite an old dell inspiron 1300 and im getting hacked of with it. I have found the compaq Armada M300, which i believ to be the laptop i want. I have found a refurbished one one Ebay Buy It Now for under �150. Is this a good price or what? is it a good laptop or anything majorlly bad? It has XP loaded.
