Disgruntled student sues Queen's University Belfast - but has he got a case?

As students have to take out loans and pay fees this is going to become a bigger problem. Back in the days of no fees and student grants people did not worry so much. If people have to stump up lots of money to get an education and leave Uni with big debts then it becomes rather crucial they get the right result. Yet another Blair initiative and has brought into play the law of unexpected consequences.
