Any ideas why baby might have a rash on his chest?

Lukas is 5 months and keeps getting a pin prick rash on his chest. It only lasts about 24 hours or so and doesn't seem to bother him too much, but just wondered what it might be? He's had it three times now... the first time I panicked and did the gl test but it disappeared under pressure.
