Work is relocating me to Lanham MD. I live in Fairfax, anyone have an idea on how long my commute will be?

I plan on leaving to work early in the morning so I don't plan on hitting too much traffic heading towards Lanham, but I'm worried about my drive back from Lanham MD to Fairfax VA, anyone have any idea how long that would take if i leave work at 4?
