Most likely never, its rare that a heel champion defends their titles cleanly, look at Jericho's reign as Undisputed Championship and you'll know what I mean. He never got a clean win against Austin and The Rock. Same with The Miz who will most likely never get a clean win against Randy Orton and John Cena.
