No one will answer me ...plz help?

im have a friend that i spend all my time with. he is at my house literally everyday and we sleep together everynight. he holds me when we go to sleep and we have our "adult fun" lol all the time too. he really does care about me and i know that. when i look at another guy he gets kinda jealous but i think its cute. see the thing is we have a label of just being good friends. he doesnt hangout with anyone but me and says he doesnt want to. my roomie is his best friend of 3 yrs and says to her it would seem as if we r together if she didnt know any better. im in love with this guy. he spent my entire bday week with me and really hasnt left since ( that was like 2 mnths ago) he has an apt he pays rent for so i know he doesnt have to be here.we go places together constantly and ive met his mother. i told her my name and she knew me right off the bat like he talks about me a lot or something. do u think he likes me but is just scared..? he just got out of a bad engagment about 7 mnths ago
