Well, did you tell him what you wanted for Christmas? And I don't mean, did you leave pages of catalogues lying around, leave web pages up, drop hints and that kind of thing, I mean did you TELL him point-blank, this is what I want for Christmas, and then give him a list? If you didn't, then no wonder you're not happy. Men don't pick up on hints. They pick up on clear directions. He doesn't get why you're not overjoyed because he's expecting you do be happy with the thought that he put into getting you what he did. Twilight tipped me off. It sounds like he probably asked someone for their opinion, and Twilight is a REALLY good book and it's hugely popular (seriously, just read it), and someone probably suggested that to him. And if he had to ask someone else, then he had no clue. If he had no clue, you're not communicating with him enough!
