I cant recover my gamertag, i get hacked?

So i turned on my xbox 360 and it wouldnt let me sign in, it said to recover my gamertag, so i tried and it wouldnt let me, i couldnt even sign into the websites it said to go to...i then got an email saying i bought 6000 microsoft points for 75$..wtf...im pretty sure i got hacked but if anyone can help me? i just baught triton ax 720 for 160$...i really dont need this crap after the tedios set up, can any one please please help?
