How would you fill out these Daycare Center job application questions?

Is this a Goddard School application? I filled one out very similar to this and got the job! A suggestion, in the part where it says I get angry with children, you should add either a way that you would try to prevent/stop children from screaming or how you calm yourself down when this happens. Like say, "When this occurs, I take deep breaths and remind myself that the child is mostly likely screaming because they are having trouble communicating what they need."
