How have you better yourself by working for Vector?
Everything you said is true. I worked for Vector for a summer about 20 years ago, and I still have my demo set of knives, and they still are great knives. It's not an easy gig, but it is completely legit and if you stick with it, you can make great money. No matter what, you will learn some wonderful skills. For example, the networking techniques you will learn are a great preparation for professional networking which can you help you find jobs no matter what career path you end of following. And if you discover that you have a knack for sales and enjoy it, it's a great start in that direction. There are a lot of sales jobs out there where you can't really be proud about what you are selling -- perhaps the best thing about selling Cutco is that you are selling an outstanding product at a very reasonable cost -- something you can be very proud of and confident about. Good luck!
