Do you believe that any "Fairness Doctrine" Congress pes would be thrown out as unconstitutional?

The words of our Founding Fathers say it all. We have the Right of FREEDOM of Speech, it is not a privilege that can be taken away. But just like their words in Article 2. Section 1. paragraph 5. about the qualifications to hold the office of President, they have to be enforced. Without enforcement we end up with a British Citizen Communist setting in our White House without ever being vetted and without a doubt not a Natural Born American Citizen. With activist Justices like the La Raza member Sotomayor, our Constitution will become a useless paper full of old words that the new Communists hold meaningless. Without the Constitution and it's power to oversee America we will have no Freedom from those that want change.
