Bangalore to Tirupathi road tax?

We are 5 people all together and would like to book a Sumo. I spoke to some person and he told me that we must pay Rs.5000 as road tax while entering AP. Is this true.? Kindly guide me, im confused. Give me the exact figures for Road tax and how much will it cost me just to reach not back.
